A Senior Learning Business Partner for 28 years Jacqueline brings a diverse and international experience in senior management consultation, organizational needs analysis and development and delivery for Corporate Institutions. She worked 20 years for Credit Suisse, originally based in Zurich where she was part of the Global Learning team, moved then to Hong Kong in 2004 as the first training representative in Asia for Credit Suisse Private Banking where she established a learning and development team for Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region and was responsible for managing training projects for functional and management training for front employees in APAC. She implemented the first leadership trainings and 360-feedback sessions in Asia and acted as lead coordinator for major Swiss Banks with the Swiss Banker’s Association, Swiss Business Council, Consulate General of Switzerland and the 3 leading Universities (HKU, HKUST, CUHK) in a ‘Swiss Banking Lecture Series’.
In 2005 she relocated to Singapore, where she played a significant role in building up the Business School Campus Asia and was responsible for Key Learning Initiatives and contributor to the strategic development of Private Banking front employees. In 2007 Jacqueline became a certified accredited Assessor for FICS (Financial Industry Competency Standards) and she endorsed Credit Suisse in achieving their first FICS Accreditation for competency standards job role IV by IBF (Institute of Banking and Finance), Singapore, with the Global Train-to-RM programme for Junior RMs.
From 2009 – 2011, as Learning Business Partner in the Business School Singapore, Jacqueline led the first recertification in technical exams and simulated role plays to meet FICS standards and 360 Facilitation for middle management employees across all segments.
She then joined Standard Chartered Bank in 2012 where she was Programme Director in the Global Learning Team implementing the strategic learning agenda for 8’000 employees in Corporate and Institutional Clients, Corporate Finance and Wealth Management on a global scale and across all grades. This has resulted in blended learning and talent development solutions delivering business performance change and improvement. Jacqueline has built up a wide network across the APAC region, having worked and lived in Asia for 14 years
In 2018 Jacqueline founded her own business ‘Cultivay Pte Ltd’ offering Health Events and Health Coachings but also focuses on ‘PA Business Support Singapore’ providing bespoke VA services to clients in Asia. Since December 2018 Jacqueline represents ‘Capital City Training & Consulting Asia’ as the local director as well as developing the business in Asia further.
In her spare time Jacqueline travels frequently to Bali where she spends quality time with her extended family, balances her work life with Kundalini Yoga and enjoys outdoor activities along the East Coast in Singapore.
