As an international, cross culturally sensitive Organisation and HR consultant, Eliza adds value to clients in the financial industry by transforming the way individuals and teams think, view challenges and communicate.

Eliza is on the Barclays Global Faculty and coaches Managing Directors and Directors. She supports the Bank’s Managing Directors orientation; Women’s Leadership development; Strategic Planning and Team Building and Performance management programmes.

Eliza supported the CEO, Bank Paribas Malaysia in raising engagement levels and ‘Partnering to unleash employee potential’; the C-Suite, Chase Manhattan in ‘Strategic planning and team building’; C-Suite, Ural Bank of Redevelopment in ‘Leadership and Motivation’; Allianz Indonesia’s Senior Leadership in ‘Conducting effective performance conversations’; Euler Hermes in ‘Effective team working’ and the Singapore Institute of Directors in ‘Crisis management’.

She coached Senior Leaders in Standard and Poor’s, Thomson Reuters, DHL, Owens-Illinois and SCG Thailand, supporting their leadership journey.

Her work with managers in HSBC enables them to ‘Develop High Value Business Partnerships’. She has also worked with OCBC in paradox management and ‘Connecting CANsistently’; DBS and UOB in ‘Coaching for enhanced performance’; Malaysia’s RHB in ‘Managing Self and Enabling People’; American Express in ‘Total Quality Management’ and Khazanah, Malaysia in ‘Effective HR and performance management’. She has enabled clients in RBS and Deutsche Bank to ‘Lead through transitions’ and “Manage Change’, respectively.

With Axis Bank, India, Eliza enabled managers to articulate their leadership brand and derive synergies from collaboration. She enabled managers in RAM Credit Information Malaysia to apply Neuroscience to leadership and team management, sustaining high performance. She runs e-Learning webinars to enhance cross cultural management skills among Commonwealth Bank of Australia managers.
